What does a typical process look like?

The process can vary depending on the type of service that is needed but a typical design/photography process has 5 stages:

  1. 💡Discovery

This is where we’ll be taking a deep look inside you/your business - we’ll explore your mission, vision, goals, needs, pain points etc. We want nail down the core issue and come up with the right solution. This can happen in person, via phone or a video chat - whatever works best.

  2. 🔎 Research

Now we get to look outside you/your business and pay close attention to the other players in the field and draw inspiration from the world around. Here we’re thinking about aesthetics, colours, shapes, typography, lighting, and angles. We’ll create a mood board to make sure we are heading in the right direction and are happy with the concept and deliverables before starting production.

  3. 💫 Production Round 1: Design/Shoot

It’s time to roll up our sleeves and get cracking! This is where the magic happens. Production can take a day or up to two weeks depending on the project. You will be able to track the progress or will be kept up-to-date.

  4. 🤓 Production Round 2: Revision

We’ll take what has been produced and the mood board/concept we came up with in stages 1 and 2, and compare them to make sure the output matches the plan. We usually nail it the first time around but things don’t always go to plan and there may be a need for a bit of tweaking to be done . If the design/photos do not align with the plan then we start another round of production and repeat the process until you are happy.

  5. ✅ Delivery and aftercare

It’s time to celebrate, we have reached the end of the process! The assets will be delivered via Google Drive link and photos will also include an online gallery which you will be able to share.

Hopefully by this time we’ve become good friends. We’ll book in a meeting for later down the line to catch up and hear how things are going. In the meantime you can always reach out to ask for advice, help or just a general chat over a cuppa! ☕️
